This means, for example, that they refrain from purchasing net- or spear-caught fish but exclusively opt for those caught on lines. When guests discuss their chosen menu with their personal chef each day, they are encouraged to select the preferred dining location. The establishment provides picnic lunches for excursions to the sandbank and Muyuni beach. For guests embarking on the Stone Town tour or spice tour, they have the option to be escorted to a restaurant in Stone Town if they so desire.
