We spent 3 days with the most wonderful guide from Sawa Sawa, Kinyua. He has both a fantastic wealth of knowledge about the animals gestation and life span, but more importantly, where to find the animals. His real value is how he cares about the customer and their experience. I would highly recommend this organization and this driver/guide.

** management made time to listen ** My experience with the company Poor communication, does not provide critical contact information, not transparent on critical travel information, poor vehcile assigned for Safari, not transparent in all meals covered, not transparent on space costrains of vehicle. There vehicles they use for safari are a critical life and safety hazard. Unfortunately I predict this will eventually end in someone being serious injured.

I could not have been happier with my tour in Kenya . The hotels were good and the best was our driver and tour guide Benson. It was important to him for us to see as many animals as possible, and we saw them all. I am excited to use them again in the future.

We booked our safari and diani beach trip with this agency. I would not recommend at all, they were supposed to pick us up at the airport on our way back from diani. No one showed up! They brought us to the airport for a domestic flight early in the morning and made us wait 2h30 in the airport while most people arrive 30 minutes before. Last day they were 1 hour late to pick us up to go to the airport.
