Booking a Safari On CloudSafaris

We are thrilled to announce the exciting launch of CloudSafari's trip booking engine, providing live availability and pricing for safaris in Africa. Say goodbye to the uncertainty of "subject to availability" and enjoy browsing safari packages just like any other popular all-inclusive vacation.

Finding a Package

When entering the CloudSafari website, you will be instantly greeted with a Start Now button which will let you explore the hand-crafted packages we have created for you.  These packages have been created by members of our team who come from three generations of safari tour operators - previously putting trips together for former president Jimmy Carter, the Gates family, and National Geographic.

Overview

Once you have selected a package, you will be brought to that package's respective page where you can view all of the trip's details.  To begin viewing a packages availability and price, you will need to enter your travel details, such as month and year of travel, how many travellers, and how many rooms you would like.

From there, you can search for availability and pricing where CloudSafari will look into all feasible options for accommodations for your trip.

Accommodation Selection

Another useful feature that has been added is the ability to view different accommodation options for each night of your trip. We have partnered with some of the best lodges in sub-Saharan Africa to give you fantastic choices for trip - whether you prefer an authentic camp or 5-star luxury hotel.

Day by Day & Pre-Departure Info

Once you have chosen your package and examined the available accommodation options, you are now able to visualize the itinerary for each day of your journey. This includes detailed information about your transfers, meals, and planned activities.

Additionally, you can also view important pre-departure information regarding visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
